We strive to offer you the best products and to provide you with the best service, remember that we are here to serve you and leave a better planet for our future and that of the following generations.

We appreciate your visit to our online store, to offer you the best shopping experience we strive to receive your products from 1 to 5 business days at the door of your house, if there is any problem we will let you know as soon as possible to solve it.

For extended delivery areas we use packages with greater coverage to those areas, so in those cases the shipment can take from 3 to 10 business days.



  1. Order

To make your purchase order it is necessary to add the products to your shopping cart, then feed your data that will be private and we will take care of it according to our privacy notice, the following data must be placed:

- Full name

- Address for delivery of your order

- Email

- Phone number

The order preparation schedule is processed the same day until before 3:30 p.m., orders after 3:30 p.m. are processed the next day.

Remember that our team is made up of people, so we can make mistakes or the system can fail us, if any inconvenience occurs, we will solve it.

Once your order has been generated, you will receive a confirmation email and in a period of no more than 1 business day we will send you the information to track your order. In case of not having stock of a requested product, you will be informed as soon as possible to know if you wish to cancel the order, change the product or wait for the merchandise, we appreciate your understanding in any of these cases.

  1. Delivery

The MU&ME team in charge of preparing your order speeds up everything so that you receive your product as soon as possible.

Orders placed and paid before 3:30 p.m. are packed and shipped the same business day, if you receive your order after that time it is very likely that it will be shipped the next business day.

Once the order is confirmed, the team packs the products in cardboard boxes with ecological and compostable protection material (based on starch), then the shipping guide is generated, these are carried out through the service of third parties such as Estafeta, FedEx, DHL, 99Minutes and MexPost (for extended areas)

Our shipping costs are:

  • Shipping to the Mexican Republic for purchases under $300 MXN: $99 MXN.
  • Shipping to the Mexican Republic purchases from $300 to $499 MXN: $70 MXN
  • Shipping to the Mexican Republic for purchases over $500 MXN: Free.
  • Shipping to USA and Canada: $600 MXN ($30 USD)

Situations out of our reach:

We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, occurrence, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control, including in particular (without limitation) the following:

Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparations for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.

Impossibility of using trains, ships, planes, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications networks. The acts, decrees, laws, regulations or restrictions of any government.



  1. Payment and Security

For security we do not save your payment data, these are processed by the different partners to generate our payment gateways, such as PayPal, Mercado Pago and Aplazo. Payments are processed by the platform you select and with them you have the protection of your data.

Payment will be made in Mexican pesos.



  1. Prices and VAT

Our prices, as stated on our page, are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT at 16%. It will be charged in pesos, even if you don't live in Mexico. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The prices and promotions made in our stores to the public do not apply on the website, unless otherwise indicated, and vice versa. Please note that offers are subject to availability and may end earlier than originally advertised. If the product is no longer available or the price was incorrect at the time of purchase, you will be notified immediately if you wish to change the product, pay the current price or refund your order. Shipping costs will be added to your order and the final total will include VAT calculated on the product and the cost of delivery.



  1. Cancellations, Returns or Changes:

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so prior to shipping your order with our transport partners, otherwise it will not be possible to cancel.

Returns: Only applies in case your product has been received damaged or in poor condition.

Changes: Only applies in case your product has been received damaged or in poor condition.

You can be sure that the products we send you are packed with recyclable, compatible and biodegradable material and we seek the safety of the products for their trip, however, due to the fact that the handling of the package does not depend on our service directly, we are sorry if your package could arrive damaged. package and if the product is not usable we can make a change of your product, for this you can send us a message to any of our contact forms to be able to generate your product return guide, and once we receive your package we will send the new one.

  1. Billing:

If you want to acquire the invoice of your purchase, you only have to contact the MU&ME team requesting your CFDI, as well as placing your complete tax information such as, Name or company, RFC and full address, and if it is possible for you to share with us your proof of tax situation, we would easier to complete your billing. The generation of your invoice can take from 1 to 3 business days.


7. Hours of Service:

Our team works for you from Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however on holidays the team that can assist you is smaller, so we apologize if we take a while to attend to your request. called.
