We appreciate your visit to our online store. To offer you the best shopping experience, we strive to ensure your products arrive at your doorstep within 1 to 5 business days. If there are any issues, we'll let you know as soon as possible so we can resolve them.
For extended delivery areas, we use courier companies with greater coverage to those areas, so in these cases, shipping may take 3 to 10 business days.

Order
To place your order, you must add the products to your shopping cart and then enter your details, which will be private and will be handled in accordance with our privacy notice. The following information must be entered:
- Full name
- Address for delivery of your order
- Telephone number
Orders are processed on the same day before 1:30 p.m. Orders placed after 1:30 p.m. are processed the following day.
Remember that our team is made up of people, so we can make mistakes or the system can fail. If any problem arises, we will resolve it.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, and within one business day, we will send you tracking information. If a requested product is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible so you can decide if you wish to cancel the order, exchange the product, or wait for the merchandise. We appreciate your understanding in any of these cases.
- Delivery
*IMPORTANT NOTE*
On June 28th and 29th, we'll be undergoing an exciting warehouse relocation process to further enhance our services. This transition will allow us to provide you with an even better shopping experience in the future.
However, due to this transition, we need to notify you that orders placed through our platform during those days will be subject to some changes in costs and delivery times. We want to make sure you are fully informed and prepared for these temporary adjustments.
Shipping costs may vary slightly during this period as we work with new logistics partners and adjust our internal processes. Delivery times may also vary as we implement new warehousing and distribution operations.
We are committed to minimizing any inconvenience that may arise and doing everything possible to make your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. Our team will be working hard to ensure your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner, despite these temporary changes.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support during this exciting improvement process. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're confident that the long-term benefits of this warehouse change will be well worth the effort.
The MU&ME team in charge of preparing your order will expedite everything so you receive your product as soon as possible.
Orders placed and paid for before 1:30 p.m. are packed and shipped the same business day. If your order is received after that time, it will most likely be shipped the next business day.
Once the order is confirmed, the team packs the products in cardboard boxes with ecological and compostable protective material (starch-based), then the guide for shipping is generated, these are carried out through third-party services such as Estafeta, FedEx, DHL, 99Minutos and MexPost (for extended areas)
Our shipping costs are:
- Shipping to Mexico City: $75 MXN.
- Shipping to the Mexican Republic for purchases under $899 MXN: $110 MXN
- Shipping to the Mexican Republic for purchases over $899 MXN: Free.
- Shipping to USA and Canada: $600 MXN ($30 USD)

Situations beyond our control:
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, occurrence, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control, including in particular (without limitation) the following:
Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
Impossibility of using trains, ships, airplanes, motor vehicles or other means of public or private transport.
Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications networks. Acts, decrees, laws, regulations, or restrictions of any government.
- Payment and Security
For security reasons, we do not store your payment information. It is processed by various partners to generate our payment gateways, such as PayPal, Mercado Pago, and Aplazo. Payments are processed through the platform you select, and your data is protected by them.
Payment will be made in Mexican Pesos.
- Prices and VAT
Our prices, as stated on our website, are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include 16% VAT. Prices will be charged in pesos, even if you do not live in Mexico. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices and promotions offered in our stores do not apply to the website, unless otherwise stated, and vice versa. Please note that offers are subject to availability and may end earlier than originally advertised. If the product is no longer available or the price was incorrect at the time of purchase, you will be notified immediately if you wish to exchange the product, pay the current price, or receive a refund. Shipping costs will be added to your order, and the final total will include the VAT calculated on the product and the cost of delivery.
- Cancellations, Returns or Exchanges:
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so prior to shipping it to our shipping partners. Otherwise, cancellation will not be possible.
Returns: Only applies if your product was received damaged or in poor condition.
Exchanges: Only applies if your product was received damaged or in poor condition.
You can be sure that the products we send you are packed with recyclable, biodegradable and environmentally friendly materials, and we strive to ensure the safety of the products during their journey. However, due to the handling of the package which is not directly controlled by us, we regret if your package arrives damaged and if the product is unusable, we can exchange your product. To do this, you can send us a message using any of our contact methods so we can generate your product return guide. Once we receive your package, we will send you a new one.
- Billing:
If you'd like to receive an invoice for your purchase, simply contact the MU&ME team and request your CFDI (Financial Identification Number). You must also provide your complete tax information, such as your name or company name, RFC (Registered Tax Identification Number), and full address. If possible, please share your tax status certificate with us. This will make it easier for us to complete your invoice. You can send this information to contacto@muyme.mx.
It may take 1 to 3 business days for your invoice to be generated.
7.Service Hours:
Our team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, on holidays, we may have fewer staff available to assist you. We apologize if it takes a while to answer your call.
